Project Overview
Careerlift is an AI enabled platform built to help job seekers prepare for their desired roles through a single, cohesive experience. The product supports users end to end, starting from skill based training and resume improvement to AI driven mock interviews and community learning.
The challenge was to simplify a complex, AI heavy system into clear and actionable experiences. Job seekers typically rely on disconnected tools for learning, resume reviews, and interview practice, which leads to inconsistency and lack of role specific preparation. Careerlift solves this by personalizing the entire journey around the roles users want to pursue, while making AI guidance transparent, supportive, and easy to trust.

Dashboard
The dashboard provides a clear view of daily training progress, upcoming tasks, and overall readiness. It helps users stay focused and consistent throughout their preparation journey.
Desired Roles
Users define the roles they want to train for. All learning modules, interview simulations, and recommendations are aligned to these selected roles, ensuring relevance at every step.
Resume Enhancer
An AI powered feature that evaluates resumes against role specific criteria. It highlights gaps, suggests improvements, and helps users optimize their resumes to improve role match scores.
AI Mock Interviews
Users can practice interviews tailored to their chosen roles. The AI simulates realistic interview scenarios to help users improve responses, confidence, and readiness.
Anonymous Forums
A community space designed for open discussion around interviews. Users can anonymously share experiences, ask questions, and discuss outcomes, enabling honest and pressure free learning.
Outcome
This project offered the opportunity to design a complete AI first product experience. A key focus was ensuring clarity and explainability in AI interactions so users always understood why suggestions were made. The final product delivers a structured, role focused preparation journey that feels guided, trustworthy, and practical.
